Terms of sale

By placing a order on catchvisuals.co.uk, you accept the Terms of Sale set forth below. Please read through them thoroughly. These items may be updated at any time; please check back for updates. Contact info@catchvisuals.co.uk with any questions.

Prints purchased from Catch Visuals are for personal (non-commercial) use only. Prints can not be duplicated and sold.

Refund / Exchange Policy

Unless otherwise noted, because of the custom nature of the transaction and the prevalence of illegal reproduction facilities, products sold by Catch Visuals on catchvisuals.co.uk are non-refundable. Replacements for items damaged in shipping or misidentified images will be honored within a 14 day 'return for replacement' period, unless otherwise noted. All returns for replacement must follow the conditions below:

- All products must be returned complete.

- Catch Visuals will not accept items that have been intentionally physically damaged or abused.

- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.

- All related fees (shipping and return shipping fees) are non-refundable for all products in all cases.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for all replacement orders.

Claim for missing products must be reported within 10 days from the date the item is shipped.

Unauthorized Returns

Shipments that are refused without authorisation, or that are returned because the address was invalid, are subject to a fee of 15% plus applicable shipping and handling fees.

Materials protected by this copyright include: any and all images and any and all text (including logos and other graphics); and any and all design elements of the website. You may use the content catchvisuals.co.uk for shopping, placing an order on this site, or for conducting other tasks associated directly with, and for the sole purpose of, shopping on this site or placing an order on this site. Unauthorised use of the materials appearing on catchvisuals.co.uk may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties. Such unauthorised use includes, but is not exclusive to, copying, reproducing, republishing, modifying, uploading, transmitting, or distributing any of such materials without the prior written consent of Catch Visuals.

Catch Visuals make no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site. Catch Visuals expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Catch Visuals arising from any product sold on this website shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Catch Visuals, its officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold.

You agree that this limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all damages of any kind, including without limitation direct, indirect, compensatory, special, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.

Typographical & Photographical Errors

Catch Visuals attempts to be as accurate as possible in allocated pricing, as well as all typographical and photographical depictions of products for sale. However, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions/specifications, pricing or any other content on catchvisuals.co.uk is accurate, complete, or current. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, informational, technical or other error, Catch Visuals shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to either honor the displayed price or refuse/cancel any orders placed for that product at the incorrect price.

Jurisdiction

Catch Visuals is based in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and as such you agree that any legal action brought against Catch Visuals shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law principles. Additionally, you agree that any and all disagreements arising from your use of or orders placed through catchvisuals.co.uk will be adjudicated in the United Kingdom by an appropriate court.

Digital Image License

By purchasing and/or downloading a copyrighted Digital Image (the "Work") from catchvisuals.co.uk, you agree that Catch Visuals (the "Owner") grants you a non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, and perpetual right to use, reproduce and distribute the copyrighted Work, in whole or in part, in online or electronic publications, including Web pages.

You are prohibited from using the Work for any other purpose, including: using the Work in print media; selling or distributing electronic copies of the Work as standalone files; distributing the Work in or as part of an electronic template (e.g., as an image available in a word processing or Web page creation application) intended to be reproduced by third parties on electronic or printed products; using or displaying the Work on Web sites or in any other medium designed to induce or involving the sale, license or other distribution of “on demand” products, including postcards, mugs, t-shirts, calendars, posters and other similar items; using the Work to directly or indirectly create, train, test, or otherwise improve any machine learning algorithms or artificial intelligence systems; or using the Work as part of a trademark, service mark or logo.

Owner retains all other rights in the Work and any derivative work, including without limitation, the right to use copy, sell, license, and distribute the Work in all markets and territories.

In consideration for the grant of this non-exclusive license, you agree to pay Owner the amount specified, due and payable immediately prior to your downloading a digital copy of the Work.

This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws designated by Owner, now or in the future.

Sales Policy Agreement

By placing an order at catchvisuals.co.uk, a customer has agreed to the terms and conditions of the sale as indicated on this website. By placing an order at catchvisuals.co.uk, a customer has agreed to the total GBP amount of the sale, and authorised Catch Visuals to collect payment via the payment method the customer specified. Catch Visuals reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
